RNAi of the Caenorhabditis elegans F55A3.3 gene

I am continuing the work I did on the F55A3.3 gene throughout the past semester. I will be observing C. elegans embryos after performing RNAi of F55A3.3 in order to determine if they are developing correctly. RNAi essentially “deletes” a gene of interest. Three proteins of interest will be tagged with GFP, and RNAi of F55A3.3 will be performed in the worm strains expressing GFP. GFP (green fluorescent protein) allows visualization of a protein of interest in the cell.
